  2.             Design Philosophy of this programme:

  4.     a. Delegate to art programmes what they do best. ie co-operate with
  5.        art programmes rather than compete with them!
  6.  
  7.     b. Create a programme which (probably) needs no documentation at all to 
  8.        use.
  9.  
  10.     c. Make the programme as general purpose as possible eg if you create
  11.        an icon with an alternate image, the alternate image can have 
  12.        totally different dimensions and can even have a different number of
  13.        bitplanes.
  14.  
  15.     d. This programme will not ask you anything it can work out for itself.
  16.        eg it will never ask what type of object the icon is for. Most icon
  17.        creators will ask if your object is a tool, project, trashcan, disk
  18.        or drawer.
